Parkmerced Vision
In 2015, we embarked on the most ambitious multifamily development project in North America: to transform Parkmerced into a carbon neutral, pedestrian-friendly community with approximately 10,000 apartments, a retail corridor, spacious parks, and more. We worked with residents and neighbors over the course of 5 years, and brought together the best and brightest designers to reimagine the way people live and connect in an urban environment. The first phase of construction is scheduled to begin in 2020.
