Maximus Real Estate Partners announces that the first Parkmerced State Fair to be held May 14

San Francisco – May 5, 2016 – Maximus Real Estate Partners announced the first Parkmerced State Fair to be held on May 14, to kick off the unofficial arrival of summer in Parkmerced, one of the largest urban communities in North America. The announcement was made by Rob Rosania, founder and lead visionary of Maximus Real Estate Partners, the developer of Parkmerced.

The Parkmerced State Fair is set to transform Juan Bautista Circle, in the heart of Parkmerced, into a boardwalk-style carnival with games, amusements, rides, prizes, carnival cuisine, pony rides, and a beer garden. The Fair will also feature world renowned DJ Fran Deeper, of Spain’s Spa in Disco, as well as live performers and entertainment for the whole family, even pets, with a Dog Carnival Area and Doggie Maze.

“We are excited to bring the first Parkmerced State Fair to the residents of Parkmerced, and we anticipate a large turnout to celebrate the end of the school year and the unofficial start of summer,” said Rosania. “This event is consistent with the emphasis we place on bringing the community together, and one step in our long-term goal to reimagine the concept of modern urban living with a new approach to transportation, energy consumption and housing.”

Passes to the fair are complimentary to Parkmerced residents, who may claim the first 1,000 tickets at Resident Services prior to May 10, 2016. The fair will take place on Saturday, May 14, 2016 from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm, at the Parkmerced Fairgrounds, located at Juan Bautista Circle.
