Prior Investments

We were the first to invest significant capital to create a highly desirable community in south Marin county, where no new apartments have been delivered in over 20 years. Others subsequently followed our renovation strategy.

We developed a compelling business plan and proved the concept, at which point we received an unsolicited offer. We sold the property, paving the way for the new owner to execute on the plan.

After first acquiring this 130 unit property, we were able to acquire the adjacent property (Sequoiawood)  at an attractive basis. We completed renovations and combined operations, resulting in a successful execution.

We acquired Madera Vista after an attractive restructuring with the lender, and sold the property later that year to an institutional investor that revitalized the community.
